Business Process Automation

Automate the busywork. Keep the judgement.

Copying data between systems, chasing approvals, sending the same emails and building the same documents. We map those processes and automate them end-to-end, with people stepping in only where a decision is needed.

The problem

Why it matters

Most teams lose hours every week to work that follows rules: a form comes in, someone retypes it into the CRM, creates a folder, sends a welcome email, raises an invoice and sets a reminder. Each step is small, but together they add up to a part-time role, and every manual hand-off is a chance for something to be missed.

We start by mapping how work actually flows through your business, then automate the parts that are predictable. Where judgement is needed, we design a simple approval step instead of forcing a full automation. The result is a process that is faster, logged and consistent, and that your team can still understand and adjust.

How it works

Our delivery process

Process mapping

We walk through the process with the people who do it and measure where the time goes.

Prioritise by payback

We rank automations by hours saved and risk reduced, and start with the quickest wins.

Build with monitoring

Each automation has error handling, alerts and logs, so failures never happen silently.

Hand over and support

Documentation, training and optional ongoing support as your tools and processes change.

FAQ

Common questions

Should we use Zapier or Make, or custom code?

It depends on volume, complexity and cost. No-code platforms are fast and easy to maintain for simple flows. As volume grows, or logic gets complex, custom code or self-hosted n8n is usually cheaper and more robust. We will show you the running costs of each option.

What happens when an automation fails?

Every automation we build logs its runs, retries temporary failures and alerts a named person when something needs attention. Nothing fails silently.

Can you automate a process that uses an old system?

Usually. If the system has an API we use it. If not, we can work with exports, email parsing or, as a last resort, browser automation.

How quickly will we see results?

Simple automations are typically live within one to two weeks. We prioritise the processes with the biggest time savings first.
